    Option 1 - Cabin w/four bottom bunks $325.  I would like to be in a cabin with, & yes I've talked to them & they have registered:
    Option 2 - Cabin w/either a double bed or two singles $360.  I would like to be in a cabin with, & yes, I've talked to them & they have registered:
    Option 3 - Cabin alone for $450.
    Option 1 - I have chosen the 4bed, 2bed, 1bed option and I am paying in full. I understand
    that $125 of my payment is non refundable/non transferable.

    Option 2 - Please hold my spot with my non-refundable/non transferable deposit of $125. I understand my second payment of $150 is due on April 1st and my last payment is due on May 1st.

    Make checks to CSA and send to 1275 Starboard Drive, West Sacramento, CA 95691.  Please write HUMANSPIRIT on check memo.

    Cancellation policy:  Cancellation request for the registration fee (minus the non-refundable deposit) must be made in writing and received at CSA no later than May 1st.
